Radiofrequency Treatments

• Exilis Elite

The Exilis Elite Ultra 360 is a non-invasive procedure that helps to tighten the skin.

It simultaneously delivers combined radio frequency and ultrasound to bring the temperature of the deep tissues underneath the skin to 40-42 degrees celsius, which is the optimal temperature for collagen stimulation. The stimulation of collagen and tightening of elastin fibres in the skin helps to tighten the skin.

• Thermage

Thermage® is a FDA approved, non-invasive radiofrequency (RF) therapy that can help smooth, tighten and contour skin for an overall younger-looking appearance.

It uses radiofrequency technology to heat the deep, collagen-rich layers within the skin. This deep uniform heating action causes the deep structures in the skin and underlying tissue to tighten. Over the next few months, the secondary healing response continues as collagen is deposited and remodeled.

• Sylfirm X

Sylfirm X uses multiple tiny electrodes to deliver a powerful and uniform electromagnetic field of energy. RF energy is delivered to the skin through the electrodes, with heat generated at 40-60°C. This causes coagulation, protein denaturation, leading to inflammation and contraction to stimulate wound healing response and promoting new collagen production.

Ultrasound Treatments

• HIFU

HIFU stands for High Intensity Focused Ultrasound, which is a non-invasive procedure that is used for skin tightening and lifting. It uses a high-intensity ultrasound that allows the deepest penetration of energy, reaching depths of up to 4.5mm. By effectively treating the deeper skin layers, it stimulates the production of collagen and elastin fibres, causing them to thicken and shorten, tightening the skin.

• Ultherapy

Ultherapy® uses high intensity focused ultrasound to target the deep layers of the skin under the fat layer (Superficial Muscular Aponeurotic System, or SMAS) to stimulate collagen production and promote skin contraction for lifting and tightening.

In addition, Ultherapy® uses real-time ultrasound imaging that allows doctors to determine the layer of tissue to treat for optimal results. Micro-focused ultrasound energy is then applied to the treated area, heating up tissues to stimulate the production of collagen. The process stimulates collagen and elastin production, resulting in a facelift effect.

Injectables

• Botulinum Toxin

Botulinum Toxin is injected very superficially into the dermis layer of the skin where it causes contraction and tightening of the skin without affecting the muscles of facial expression. In the lower face the jawline will look more defined and the jowls improved whilst in the upper face the eyes will look more lifted and less tired.

• Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are soft, gel-like substances that are injected under the skin. One of the most common compounds used in dermal fillers is hyaluronic acid (HA), which is a naturally occurring substance found in our skin, and it plays a major role in keeping skin hydrated and volumized.They can address a number of common concerns including smoothing of deep under-eye circles, lifting of cheekbones, and nasolabial folds.

• Sculptra

Sculptra is a semi-permanent filler composed of polylactic acid which is injected to help correct loss of facial volume due to the aging process. Sculptra® works by stimulating fibroblasts to create new collagen fibres which occur gradually and subtly.

• Profhilo

Profhilo contains both low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (L-HA) and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (H-HA) formulated with unique patented NAHYCO®️ Hybrid Technology. The low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (L-HA) as a hybrid complex is released slowly to hydrate your skin, providing a Hydro effect. The high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (H-HA) provides bio-remodelling of skin tissue in the epidermis, dermis and fat tissue layer of the skin, giving the Lift effect.
