Healthier SG is a long term programme targeting individuals to take charge of their health through preventive care so that they can live long and live well. This is especially important as Singapore’s population is aging and the prevalence of chronic diseases (Hypertension, Diabetes and Raised cholesterol) has risen over the years.
Eligible individuals will receive an SMS from Ministry of Health Singapore. Enrolment will first be opened to residents aged 60 years and above in the second half of 2023, followed by those in the 40 to 59 age group in the next two years.
