An appointment is required before making any trip to the clinic. You should schedule your swab test at least 48 hours to 72 hours prior to your flight departure, depending on requirements set out by your destination country. Please be reminded that you are responsible to ensure that your testing window is in line with your destination country’s requirement.
As the test results are unlikely to be returned in time if you are departing within 48 hours, Fusion Medical would not accept appointments that are less than 48 hours before your flight departure. The results will be returned to you via your registered email address, usually within 24 hours of the test and at least 3 hours before your flight time.
Please arrive punctually for your swab test, which will take approximately 15 minutes.
Documents to bring:
If you happened to be unwell on that day of the test, Fusion Medical will proceed to conduct swab tests mandated for patients with symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 infection under the Public Health Preparedness Scheme (PHPC). There is a possibility that your flight may need to be postponed.
Test results and memo will be emailed to you with hard copies printed for your collection unless you indicate that hard copies of the results are not required. However, do note that you are required to bring the travel memo when you travel overseas.
To make an appointment for your pre-departure swab test, call us at +65 6250 6548 (Nexus) / +65 6235 1512 (Orchard).
