Dr Amy believes in the importance
of a holistic approach and empowering patients to improve long-term health. Hence
in order to communicate with patients who can range from the young working
adults to those in their 60s, Dr Amy will usually enquire of their past
history, address their concerns and how the symptoms are affecting them specifically.
She will discuss with them their respective health plans which may require time
to monitor. This involves patients coming back to see her in order for her to
review and come up with their diagnosis.
